Be an auction donor. Your donation is entirely tax deductible and will bring attention to your business as a supporter of this important literary event. The Betsy-Tacy Society is a local non-profit organization and partner in the Deep Valley Book Festival. As an auction donor, you're more than just a participant at this extraordinary literary event. You become a BIG part of it. Mankato, the childhood home of author Maud Hart Lovelace, is a perfect setting for an author event such as this. The Silent Auction will raise much needed funds for the on-going restoration work of a historic literary landmark - Maud Hart Lovelace's childhood home.
