Chaunce Stanton


Chaunce Stanton grew up in Annandale, Minnesota and attended St. Cloud State University, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in English, Creative Writing major. He has written three novels and many short fiction pieces. Two of his novels came to him in dreams. Inspired by writers in a variety of genres, Chaunce's favorite authors include Susanna Clarke, Erik Larson, Knut Hamsun, Neil Gaiman, and Chuck Klosterman. He and his wife live in rural Minnesota with a small flock of laying chickens. They practice permaculture and organic gardening on five acres - the Stanton's, not the chickens.
