Eileen Rudisill Miller is an accomplished illustrator and painter. She trained in fashion illustration and painting at Moore College of Art in Philadelphia. Miller started her career as a fashion illustrator for department stores, then as a Product Designer for The Franklin Mint where she designed dolls and figurines.

Now owner at E.R.Miller Designs, she has become internationally known for her paper doll artistry and has illustrated over 50 paper doll books and coloring books for Dover Publications and Paper Studio Press. “Betsy, Tacy & Friends Paper Dolls” is her first book for Minnesota Heritage Publishing.

Glamorous Fashions of the Gilded Age
