Jennifer Hayden Epperson

Since childhood, Jennifer Hayden Epperson has been motivated by stories of those who have gone "where no one has gone before." This fascination became more personal when she learned that many pioneering people--pilgrims, inventors, church and state founders--were nestled in her own family tree. Motivated by her own bumpy pioneering experiences as the first female manager at three media organizations, she has become more ardent about sharing valuable leadership insights and inspiration with others. Jennifer completed her education with an EdD in Organizational Leadership, minoring in human resource development. Her love of scholarship has taken her into the university classroom where she taught both radio and leadership courses. Her work has taken her to over thirty countries. In addition to writing, she currently serves as Kinship Radio's Executive Director in Mankato, Minnesota.
