Registration is open until space is filled.
Steps for Author Registration

1. Register by email or by mail.
Registration form available online. Please inquire by email if space is available before sending registration.

2. Important: After you receive confirmation of payment, please complete the author and book submission form. Link on the right.

3. If you are a past exhibitor, you will only need to update your author information and submit new books.
