Elaine Nikula has eleven children who call her ‘Mom.’ The chaos of family life provided many hilarious moments which she loves to share in her blog. You can laugh with her at www.lookingintherearviewmirror.com One of those stories became a children’s picture book, Snitcher Snatcher Cookie Catcher. She is now working on her second children’s book about the lengths boys will go to get licorice. Elaine grew up on a farm which grounded her in wholesome family values, which she promotes through her writing. She loves to read, learn about natural health, do road trips, and dabble in painting. She and her husband, Rod, are loving retirement in small-town Minnesota.
