Maureen Toonkel
Maureen Toonkel was born and raised in Bronx, New York and graduated from Hunter College with a BA in psychology. She moved to Minnesota so that she could obtain her MS degree in rehabilitation counseling from Mankato State University. She has worked as a counselor in the field of blindness. In her spare time she enjoys collecting “stuff”, reading, crocheting and writing stories.
